Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, NSW, Australia within 2 business day of receiving payment.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
We ship your goodies through AusPost. All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is processed by AusPost. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into straight away.
CANCELLATIONS
If you make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we'll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise only.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a customer refuses delivery of their order without prior written approval from our customer support team, the following terms apply:

Unjustified Refusals
Refusals due to reasons not caused by an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with shipping method, or failure to collect the parcel) will not be considered valid grounds for a full refund. -
Return Shipping Costs
Any costs incurred for the return of the refused package will be deducted from the customer’s refund. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees. -
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of unjustified delivery refusal. -
Condition of Returned Goods
A refund will only be issued once the item is received back in its original, unused condition. If the product is damaged or not resellable, additional deductions may apply. -
Right to Decline Refund
We reserve the right to decline refunds for refused deliveries that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE SHIP
Once your order is marked as delivered by AusPost or USPS, it’s officially in your hands — or at least at your door. We trust AusPost & USPS to get your goodies to you safely, and they provide tracking and delivery confirmation (sometimes even GPS data & photo evidence) to prove it.
If you can’t locate your parcel, don’t worry — reach out to us and we’ll help investigate. We’ll open a formal case with AusPost & USPS to trace the delivery, which can take up to 10 business days. We know that’s not an instant solution but it is a necessary step.
If it turns out there was a delivery issue or confirmed fraud, a refund, store credit, or replacement where appropriate will be issued. If AusPost or your local carrier confirms a successful delivery, we may not be able to offer reimbursement, so we encourage choosing a secure delivery location & opting for signature on delivery.
We’re a small, intentionally crafted brand — every product counts, and so does every customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your People of the Earth skincare—your glow, your rituals, your results. If your skin doesn't agree with a product, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds only for skin reactions, because we care deeply about your experience (and because we can’t accept returns on used products otherwise).

A brief description of your experience
One of our lovely team members will be in touch quickly to guide you through the return process. All returns must be sent back to us, and we recommend keeping your return tracking number, just in case your parcel gets lost in transit.
PAYMENT
You may pay via Paypal, AfterPay or with Credit/Debit Card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non delivery.
