Shipping policy


All orders are dispatched from People of the Earth HQ within 2 business day of receiving payment.


We ship your goodies through AusPost. All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is processed by AusPost. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into straight away.


If you make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we'll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise only.


People of the Earth have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you’re not satisfied with any product/s purchased from our website, we’ll happily organise a refund or exchange.

If you’d like to make a refund or exchange request please email with your order number. This can be found in you order confirmation email. Let us know the item/s that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

One of our friendly team members will reach out to you as soon as possible to arrange to have the product/s returned to us. When returning products, please keep your proof of return (your tracking number) in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 20 days of the original order date and the product/s must be unused.


You may pay via Paypal or with Credit/Debit Card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non delivery.
